Track-Hub of ReMM scores for UCSC Genome Browser

Description

This is information regarding the UCSC genome browser track hub for ReMM versions v0.3.1.post1 and v0.4 on hg19 and hg38. The track displayes the ReMM score of any determined (i.e. non-N) position on the major chromosomes of the reference genome.

Usage

To view the tracks in UCSC genome browser, you have to link to 'hub.txt' available on our Repository. The simplest way to do this is to click here for hg19/GRCh37 and here for hg38/GRCh38.

The bigWig datasets displayed in these tracks are located on our webserver.
